• Exclusive Mesh Delete Style: Want maximum dimensional impact? Available exclusively on our Custom Designs, the mesh delete layout completely removes the standard screen mesh, replacing it with a striking dual-layer aesthetic utilizing two different contrasting powder coat colours to make your custom design pop.

• Bespoke Mesh Finishes: If you prefer mesh, choose your inner mesh in either a sleek Satin or a stealthy Matt finish in any colour of your choice.

Custom Kit Lead Time: Please allow 2–3 weeks for cutting and painting. We appreciate your patience; this timeframe accounts for the specialized processing handled by our third-party partners to ensure the highest quality finish.

Standard Kits

• Return Window: 30 days after receiving your item.

• Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging). While test-fitting is permitted, used parts or those showing signs of wear from trail/off-road usage are not eligible for return.

• Completeness: All components originally included in the kit must be returned; partial returns will not be processed.

• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover processing and inspection.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Procedure: You must request a return through the messages tab in the bottom right of the website before shipping any items back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Custom Kits & Special Orders

• Policy: Products with custom colors or bespoke designs are final sale.

• Reasoning: These items are manufactured specifically to unique requests and cannot be restocked or resold.

Lighting & Electronics

• Warranty: Light bars and electronic components are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase for technical issues or defects.

Additional Information

• Damages: Inspect your order upon arrival and contact CRP Custoom immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Paint Warranty: Products include a 1-year paint warranty.

• Refund Process: Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Liability: Installation is at the owner's risk. CRP Custoom is not responsible for mechanical or electrical problems encountered after installation.
