Custom Kit Lead Time: Please allow 2–3 weeks for cutting and painting. We appreciate your patience; this timeframe accounts for the specialized processing handled by our third-party partners to ensure the highest quality finish.

1. Standard Kits (Off-the-Shelf)

We accept returns on Standard (Black) Kits (Radiator Relocation Kits, Footwells, Bumpers, Snorkels, and Safety Plates) within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Completeness: Returns must include every component originally sent in the kit. Partial returns will not be processed.

• Condition: We understand you may need to test-fit the part to your machine. This is perfectly fine. However, we cannot accept returns on used parts.

• Off-Road Usage: Due to the nature of off-road riding, once a part has been used on the trail or shows signs of wear and tear, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Custom Kits & Special Orders

If you have ordered a product with custom colors or a bespoke design, these items are final sale.

• No Refunds: Because these kits are manufactured specifically to your unique requests, we cannot restock or resell them.

• Please double-check your color choices and design specifications before finalizing your order.

3. Lighting & Electronics Warranty

All light bars and electronic components come with a 30-day warranty starting from the date of purchase.

• If you experience any technical issues or defects within this window, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

4. Liability Disclaimer

While our products are engineered to enhance your machine, we are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems you may encounter with your ATV/Quad after installation.

• Our products are designed to have zero negative effect on the ATV when fitted correctly.

• Installation is performed at the owner's risk; we recommend professional installation if you are unsure of the process.
